How to Reach the Editorial Team
We welcome thoughtful correspondence from readers. Whether you have noticed an error in a title or author listing, encountered a file that will not open or renders poorly, or wish to raise a question about copyright or rights, the best way to reach us is by email.
What to Include in Your Message
To help us address your report quickly and accurately, please include as many of the following details as are relevant:
- The exact page URL where the issue appears.
- The full title of the ebook (for example, The excavations at Babylon — Themes and Context or A History of Magic and Experimental Science, Volume 1).
- The file format you are using (EPUB, PDF, MOBI, etc.).
- The device, browser, or reading software you were using when the problem occurred.
- A clear description of the observed problem: garbled text, missing images, broken links, incorrect metadata, category placement, or any other anomaly.
- If your message concerns copyright or rights, please include any supporting information you hold, such as details about the source edition or the nature of your interest.
Common Reasons to Write
- Metadata corrections — an incorrect author name, publication date, or subject category. For example, if you find that The History of the Manners and Customs of Ancient Greece, Volume 3 (of 3) is listed under the wrong category, a quick note helps us keep the catalogue organised.
- File or reader failures — a file that fails to download, displays blank pages, or causes your reading application to crash. If Chronicles of the house of Borgia — Edition Insights does not render properly on your device, we want to know.
- Accessibility problems — missing alt text, poor contrast, or other barriers that affect your use of the catalogue. We strive to make our texts available to all readers, and your feedback is essential.
- Privacy questions — inquiries about how your data is handled when you browse or download. We take your privacy seriously and are happy to explain our practices.
- Copyright or rights concerns — if you believe a title may not be in the public domain in your jurisdiction, or if you hold rights and wish to discuss a listing. For instance, if you have information about The history of the Jews — A Closer Reading that affects its copyright status, please let us know.
- General editorial observations — suggestions for new categories, additional context, or corrections to the reading notes and commentary that accompany many of our titles. If you think The Story of the Alphabet — A Reader’s Guide could benefit from a different approach, we are open to hearing your ideas.

For copyright queries, we evaluate the information you provide and may adjust the listing if needed. While we aim to acknowledge every message, we cannot guarantee a specific turnaround time.
